Construction (Damusee Construction)

Residential and commercial construction, masonry, finishing works, prefabricated structures, and MEP services.

All services are subject to availability, location, and separate service agreements. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Damusee Group.

By using this Site, you agree to:

Making a Booking

Appointments and consultations booked through our Cal.com integration or directly via WhatsApp are subject to availability. A booking confirmation does not constitute a final service contract.

Consultation Fees

Initial consultations for real estate, construction, and transport services are free unless otherwise stated. Certain specialized services may require a consultation fee, which will be disclosed before any booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee for paid consultations.

Service Agreements

All major service engagements (construction projects, property management, logistics contracts) require a separate written service agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are specified in individual service agreements. Damusee Group accepts bank transfer, mobile payment (MonCash), and other methods as agreed per project.
